Award-winning writer Michelle Medlock Adams not only juggles a successful writing career, she also manages to be a wife and mother.
When she was working as a reporter for a daily newspaper, she went to work before her little girls were awake, and came home just in time to see them 30 minutes before bedtime. Finally, she realized the money just wasn't worth it. Sure, she and her husband needed her income to make ends meet, but she wasn't willing to do that at the expense of her children. That's when she discovered one of the best-kept secrets--freelance writing. Gradually, she built a freelance writing career--writing for newspapers and magazines around the country. Then she began writing for online publications, and eventually dove into book writing.
Now, thousands of articles and 15 books later, she will make more than twice what she made as a fulltime reporter--and she writes at home in her bunny slippers. Even if you aren't a "professional writer," you can make money as a freelancer.
Michelle teaches "Making it as a freelance writer" at writing conferences around the country. Your listeners will be challenged to awaken the writer within them after hearing Michelle's tips for successful freelancing from home. Whether they want to supplement their existing income or work from home--Michelle's tips will put them on the road to success.
Here's what Denise of Spirit 95 FM Radio in Bloomington, Ind., had to say: "Michelle Adams had a connection to our listening area and had a great draw for our listeners. We had one lady call in just because she heard our interview with Michelle. Speaking with her gave me hope for my own dreams that God has planted in me, and I have personally sought out her books."

|KIM MCCULLOUGH, YCS, M.Sc.
Kim McCullough is a Youth Conditioning Specialist in Toronto, Director of The Young Athlete and Total Female Hockey, and a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the National and Provincial Women’s Hockey teams.
Kim is highly-sought after and respected expert in the development of young athletes, who believes that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed both on and off the playing field.
Her focus is on empowering young athletes to reach their full potential through proper training and education. Through her websites and seminars, Kim gives the coaches and parents of aspiring young athletes access to the most up-to-date programs, articles and advice on how they can help their athletes take their performance to the next level.
In addition to training athletes and teaching coaches at all levels of sport, from novice to the National team, Kim has also played at the highest level of women’s hockey in the world for the last decade. She is an Ivy League graduate, a former strength and conditioning All-American and has also completed a Master’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology from York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where she studied the development of elite athletes.
It is Kim’s personal experiences as an aspiring young athlete that fuel her passion as a coach, trainer and mentor:
“As a young athlete, I made every mistake in the book when it came to training. Although I was able to achieve a high-level of success at the collegiate and professional levels, I was NEVER able to reach my full personal potential as an athlete due to these early mistakes. Even though I had access to the most cutting-edge training programs and equipment growing up, using these advanced techniques at too young an age ultimately led me to being constantly tired and injured”.
“I spent so much of my time and energy focusing on training programs that weren’t specific to my age, my gender or my needs as an athlete. As a result, I have devoted myself to learning everything I possibly could about the proper development of young athletes and sharing it with as many coaches, parents and athletes as possible. I want to ensure that other athletes won’t have to suffer from the same pain and frustration I felt growing up and have every opportunity to reach their full potential”.
